1 can cream corn
1 can sweet corn
½ cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 box jiffy corn bread
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup chopped sweet peppers
½ cup chopped carrot
Mix ingredients. Melt ¾ stick butter in 9x13 pan. Coat sides and pour excess into batter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
